1 Year beagle licker?

Since my 1 year old beagle came back from being spayed, she has this obsession with licking her . Sloppy, noisy, wet spots, ewww.. This has been going on for months, we yell at her when we catch her, she doesnt have bugs/worms anything like that, she just seems to do it to occupy her time... what is up with this, and how can I get her to stop.....
