What do u call a person who thinks he's always right?

When someone has the tendency to think his//her nation, religion, language, customs, or culture is better than everyone else's, it's called "ethnocentrism." Used as an adjective to descibe the person, one would say "Bob, your ethnocentric behavior gives Americans a bad name."
