Ugh, How Can I Make Her Stop?!?

There's this girl who I guess I'm friends with. We're not best friends, and we've only been friends for about one or two years. Not a lot of people like her. I don't mean to be mean, but all my other friends don't like her. Not that I have a problem with that, it's just, she has this one friend who she used to be really close to. They had this small fight, but she brushed it off, but now she's clinging to me. She calls me every day, at least five times a day. She always asks me what my plans are so I always have to lie, when we have break (five minute recess) she follows me everywhere, when we get off the bus, she follows me inside, etc. When she calls, my parents get really mad at me because I don't answer the phone and are tired of constantly listening to ring, but I'm sick of making up an excuse of why I don't why to hang out with her. How can I find her a new friend, or get her to stop hounding me?!
