How do I remove cat hair from a fleece jacket?

I have a North Face fleece jacket and its always hung up in the closet (not on a chair or bed where the cat can rub up on it). But I think with the cat hair circulating in the air from my cat, its found itself on my coat. Ive tried lint rollers, but its all over. What can I do? Spring is here and I wanna be able to wear my coat. Thanks!
