Will a heating oil distributor let you buy oil in 10 gallon containers.?

If you can find kerosene you can burn that or diesel the dye in diesel wont harm anything.fuel oil is just a lesser refined diesel or kerosene.the only reason they dye oil products is red dye means no federal tax was paid,green means fed and state was paid.
