Why won't Vince and the bookers get their heads out of their s and get it into what the people want?

Like you said I believe they're not really caring because there's no proper competition right now. There is TNA but let's just admit it. They're not that much of threat to WWE like WCW was. They believe whatever they do, people will just watch WWE. WWE know majority of people who watch TNA are IWC and many people don't even know what TNA is. I believe once TNA becomes huge threat to WWE (Which I hope would happen), then there will be competition and WWE will start to hear its fan's voice
