Astro-Boy Plot hole? (2009 Cgi film)?

I noticed that when Astro-Boy defeated the giant robot at the end, the President came back to his real form but Dr. Tenma's real kid was not brung back even though he was sucked in the same way as Dr. Tenma. Why didn't the real kid come back?
