Best time to book/airline to fly PIT(Pittsburgh) to LAX?

Booking a trip from Pittsburgh to Los Angelas for late June(roughly 6/19-6/25). Just wondering when would be the best time to book for cheap rates, and what airline you would recommend. Also, I'll probably be booking for 8 people if that makes a difference in price. Thanks!
