Can well water make people sick?

My next-door neighbor put up one of those really ugly and vulgar wooden bent-over fat lady lawn ornaments and I asked him to take it down, but he refused. The thing is sick and you can see the fat lady's undergarments. So last night I urinated into his well and threw some of my dog's feces in as well. Now I am worried that him or one of his daughters or wife may become sick.
