God or no god which is the truth?

When it comes to this question what do you believe and what proof do we have? I have come to the belief there is no way to prove it. The bible is man made and edited so in that it is a tainted source. Science again is man made and is a tainted source. Not saying science is false here, but when it comes to proving where we came from and the earth, it is all theories. I can not say what is true, and in the long run I do not care if there is a God or not. I would like there to be, but whatever. So to all of you out there. What makes you so definite on your believes?
