I had a pint of ben and jerrys ice cream about 3 hours ago my belly hurts i kno i wont be hungry tomo, cont.?

i had a pint of ben and jerrys ice cream about 3 hours ago but my stomach still hurts.. ive just been resting. I kno i will not be hungry tomo. what should i do when tomo comes if it still hurts and i still feel bloated?
