So I thought all American citizens had freedom of speech without being punished?

as many of those "american rights". i honestly think that those are all lies. The government uses those "rights" to their convenience. If what the person said is in favor of the government/nation, then the government will say that it was their right to speech, but then when someone says something bad about the governent, the government forgets all about those rights and tries to punish the people.
