Calculate Kc at 306 K for SO2(g) + Cl2(g) = SO2Cl2(g) if Kp = 33.5 at this temperature.?

The only thing confusing me is how to approach it since it gives the pressure constant and asks for concentration constant. I have no idea what to do. So if I could get some help that'd be great. Thanks a lot! =)
